how to prepare / update your LRP order:
LRP is an abbreviation for Loyalty Reward Points - think of them as Nectar points which you accrue to "spend" against products. LRP orders are made monthly rather than adhoc to gain points.
- Go to: https://doterra.myvoffice.com/ (Virtual Office Login) and log in with your ID number and password to take you straight to the "SHOP" tab where you'll see on the right hand inside a box the title EDIT A SCHEDULED LRP ORDER.
- In the EDIT A SCHEDULED LRP ORDER box where your LRP Order is, click on the current order (it has a number to it, don't click the ship now box). (Remember, your previous LRP order will automatically be duplicated for the following month so unless you want it repeated say for monthly supplements you need not change anything, otherwise you will need to update/edit. doTERRA will send you a reminder a few days before your LRP is going to be processed).
- Once opened, you can type in the QUICK ORDER box and type what you want to order and then add.
- Remember to REMOVE ITEMS that you don't want to order.
- When you've completed all your amendments you can either SAVE CHANGES and the the order will be processed on the date you've chosen or click CONTINUE and this will take you to a REVIEW YOUR ORDER summary.
- Your options here are PROCESS ORDER NOW or PROCESS AS SCHEDULED ON "your scheduled date" Scrolling down this page you'll see there are options to CONTINUE SHOPPING, RETURN TO CART and CLEAR CHANGES and also how your LRP order is looking for the following month (a duplication of your current order you've edited or are about to process).
- Make your appropriate selection and your LRP Order will be processed at your request.
